This role combines design, customer service, and sales , helping homeowners transform their kitchens and bathrooms from concept to completion. You'll work directly with clients to design beautiful, functional spaces while supporting showroom operations and coordinating with production and installation teams. What You'll Do Design & Sales Guide customers through countertop selections for residential and commercial projects Prepare accurate quotes and project estimates Customer Experience & Showroom Support Greet and assist customers in the showroom Answer inquiries about products, pricing, and timelines Coordinate appointments, sample requests, and follow-ups Project Coordination Track projects from initial design through installation Ensure accuracy of all orders, drawings and documentation Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Valid driver's license Must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month (AM ½ day only) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Moraware or Action Flow is a plus Experience with cabinetry, countertops, and interior design Background in home improvement, remodeling, or construction Pay & Benefits $20-$30/hour base (Based on Experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan / 401(k) options Ongoing training and career development Established company with long-term growth opportunities Apply Today If you're passionate about design, enjoy working with people, and want to grow your career in the kitchen & bath industry, we'd love to hear from you.
