Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Interior Design Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients' visions and our exceptional product offerings. Your enthusiasm for interior design, combined with your sales expertise, will help clients navigate their renovation and remodeling projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and project goals Present and recommend products, including cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, and finishes that align with client visions Utilize design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam to develop detailed proposals and visualizations Manage project timelines, budgets, and contracts from initial consultation through installation Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and the internal team to ensure seamless project execution Provide expert advice on lighting sales, color theory, remodeling options, and construction processes Maintain thorough records of client interactions, project specifications, and sales progress Experience Proven experience in interior design sales or a related field within home renovation or remodeling industries Strong proficiency in design software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of drafting techniques, color theory principles, CAD applications, and lighting design fundamentals Familiarity with contracts management, budgeting processes, and project management methodologies Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward customer service and teamwork Join us at Urban Homes where your creativity fuels inspiring transformations!
