About Us:
Studio 882 is a locally owned, 15,000 sq ft high-end furniture showroom and design studio based in Glen Mills, PA. We partner with interior designers, architects, and trade professionals to deliver custom furnishings and elevated design experiences. Our showroom is rooted in exceptional service, curated product, and a genuine love of design.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-focused Interior Design Assistant to join our Trade Accounts Team to support senior management in the ongoing growth and success of Studio 882's trade program. This role serves as an essential extension of leadership efforts, helping deliver a seamless and informed experience to our interior designer and trade partners.
What You'll Do:
Assist senior management with trade program coordination and designer support Prepare quotes, order details, and follow-up communication for trade accounts Track active orders and communicate project updates to designers and vendors Maintain precise account information and project notes in our CRM system Support design presentations and showroom meetings with trade partners Assist with new trade member onboarding and provide informational materials Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution Help improve internal processes to better serve the interior designer community
Qualifications:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): This role requires you to work from our Glen Mills showroom five days a week, including one weekend day, from 10am to 6pm. Will you be able to reliably commute for this position and are you willing to work one weekend day each week? There are two positions available, one will be off on Friday/Saturday and one will be off Sunday/Monday.
