Job Description
Responsibilities Include Designing and selling Kitchens, Bathrooms and Basements. Sourcing special orders and other activities that enhance the customer's experience. Must achieve predetermined sales goals at an acceptable margin. Reading and interpreting blueprints & creating material estimates. Scheduling appointments and on site reviews with customers Regular site visits to plan and evaluate customer's needs, ensuring prompt and accurate service. Coordinates with sales support, operations team and vendor resources to secure business and attain profit and sales goals. Monthly Commission evaluations Updates and maintains accurate account information, customer details, and contact information available to management and support teams. Experience and Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 20/20(Cyncly) is a requirement Ability to work on strict deadlines and multi-task well Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Highly organized and detail oriented with strong follow-up skills Ability to work well in teams Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends Prior kitchen design and industry experience is preferred
