Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and have the following characteristics:
- Flexibility to take on company-provided leads AND find new business
- Able to develop and continue long term relationships with clients
- Strong organization skills
- Comfortable being coached
- Basic computer skills are a must
- Previous closet or interior design experience is a plus
