Responsibilities Include:

Work collaboratively on multiple residential interior design projects. Create and modify architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit based on design direction and markups Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, and millwork/shop drawings tailored to luxury residential standards. Develop furniture plans, fabric and color schemes. Source fabric, furnishings, lighting and materials.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and or Revit a must. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent sense of color, finishes, materials and design detailing. Knowledge of traditional and modern furniture styles. Experience working with high-end showrooms in the NYC area. Experience with custom furniture design, bath, kitchen and lighting design. Quickly expanding high end interior design firm working throughout the tri-state area. This is a part time position working 24 to 30 hours a week remote hybrid.
