As a key driver of project success, you will manage timelines, budgets, and team collaboration while delivering inspiring spaces that elevate environments and exceed expectations. Your expertise in hospitality design and knowledge of FF&E, construction, and Model Room Design will be key for this role. Responsibilities ONe of the mian projects involves helping to manage the Guestroom design and installation of a 367 room hotel property Work with the design principal in planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget constraints Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project workflows Bid custom millwork, FF&E, and other needs Prepare and review contracts, proposals, and specifications to ensure clarity and compliance with industry standards Oversee renovation and remodeling processes that can include hands-on installation Styling experience a plus Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently to meet deadlines while maximizing value Conduct site visits for inspections, progress assessments, and quality assurance to ensure designs are executed accurately Qualifications Proven experience in interior design project management or related roles within hospitality sectors A plus if Proficienct in any of the following but not required: in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), and CAD software Strong understanding of drafting techniques, color theory, lighting sales, renovation processes, construction practices, and remodeling procedures Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with budgeting strategies and cost control measures for interior projects Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members while maintaining a positive momentum on projects Looking for someone willing to learn and someone who works well independently and is self-motivated. Location can be in Vegas or LA depending on experience.
