Full-time About the Role We are looking for a high-agency operator with strong technical grounding to lead and deliver high-end residential projects across Spain and internationally. This is not a coordination role. You will be responsible for owning projects end-to-end — from early design development through construction and final installation — ensuring that design intent is executed at the highest level of quality, detail, and precision. You will work directly with the founder while operating independently across geographies, stakeholders, and time zones. The role requires someone who can navigate ambiguity, solve problems without escalation, and consistently deliver under real-world constraints. Must be fluent in Spanish and English. What You'll Do Own projects end-to-end: scope, design development, documentation, procurement, construction, and final install Act as the on-the-ground lead when required: site supervision, contractor coordination, and quality control during execution Produce and review technical drawings (plans, sections, details) and ensure buildability and alignment with design intent Interface directly with architects, engineers, and contractors, challenging assumptions and driving better technical and design outcomes Source, vet, and negotiate with top-tier vendors, artisans, and suppliers; curate options aligned with project vision Own budgets, timelines, and financial tracking with full accountability for outcomes Manage complex international logistics (procurement, shipping, customs, installation sequencing) across jurisdictions Identify risks early and proactively solve problems across permitting, design conflicts, vendor performance, and execution Travel as needed to project sites, suppliers, and key sourcing opportunities What You Bring 7+ years of experience delivering high-end residential projects, with clear evidence of owning projects end-to-end Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent technical discipline Ability to produce, read, and critique full architectural and construction documentation Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and construction systems — you can spot issues before they become problems Proven track record of executing complex projects under constraints (budget, timeline, regulatory, logistical) Experience working across multiple geographies (Spain + international exposure strongly preferred) Deep familiarity with European supply chains (Spain preferred), with strong vendor and artisan network Hands-on experience with international logistics (customs, VAT, import/export processes, documentation) Proficiency in AutoCAD (or equivalent) and ability to engage at a technical level with drawings Strong financial discipline: budget ownership, cost control, and reporting clarity Fluent in Spanish and English, able to operate seamlessly in both High level of discretion and professionalism with private clients Non-Negotiable Traits Extreme ownership mindset: you default to solving, not escalating Executional intensity: you push through obstacles and deliver Technical credibility: you can hold your own with architects and builders Exceptional attention to detail — nothing slips through Strong self-management: you organize your own time and priorities without needing to be steered Practical Requirements Based in Spain with EU work authorization Willingness to travel internationally as projects require Ability to work flexibly across time zones Driver's license and ability to operate independently on-site What We Offer Real autonomy.
