We are looking for a Kitchen and Bath Designer who thrives in a boutique, high‑touch environment and wants to shape exceptional residential projects from concept through installation. Responsibilities Required:
  • Kitchen and Bathroom design with 3 to 5 years of continuous experience.
  • Proficiency with 2020 is a must. AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles, materials, and appliances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Familiarity with kitchen remodeling trends and eco-friendly design practices.
  • Experience with project management software to track project timelines and budgets. Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
  • Expertise in kitchen design software 2020 cabinet design. Chief Architect, AutoCAD, SketchUp or others a plus
  • Knowledge of materials and finishes used in kitchen design.
  • Understanding of building codes and regulations related to kitchen installations. Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing client concerns and design challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget considerations.
  • Create innovative kitchen designs that optimize space while ensuring functionality, usability, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software 20/20
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide clients with informed recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Compensation:
This is an hourly, non‑exempt position. The expected pay range is $38 to $45 per hour, which is equivalent to approximately $79,000 to $90,000 per year based on a full‑time schedule. Actual hourly rate will depend on experience, skill level, and interview results. In addition, the role is eligible for commission compensation after 3-6 months, based on individual performance and successful completion of training.
