This is a freelance, hybrid opportunity ideal for designers who bring their own clients, manage the design process, and earn based on project volume and performance. Access to our showroom, product lines, and operational support will be provided. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage your own client pipeline (residential kitchen projects) Conduct client consultations (in-person or virtual) Develop kitchen layouts, renderings, and design concepts Prepare and present proposals, including cabinetry selections and specifications Coordinate with internal teams for measurements, ordering, and installation Guide clients through product selections (cabinet lines, finishes, hardware, countertops) Ensure accuracy of orders and alignment with approved layouts Requirements Proven experience in kitchen design with an existing client base or strong network Proficiency in 2020 Design Live (required) Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, layouts, and industry standards Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Excellent communication and client management skills Familiarity with different cabinet brands, materials, and pricing structures Ability to work hybrid (showroom presence when needed) What We Offer Access to multiple cabinet lines and product catalogs Showroom space for client meetings Operational and ordering support Flexible schedule (hybrid work model) Competitive, performance-based earning potential (commission structure) Ideal Candidate A self-driven designer who brings in their own clients, understands the full kitchen design process, and is comfortable working in a commission-based environment while leveraging our product lines and support system.
