Job Description
Lead Interior Designer PH Omni | A Subsidiary of PureHaven Homes PH Omni is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our growing team. PH Omni focuses on elevated semi-custom and semi-production residential design with an emphasis on thoughtful details, streamlined processes, and exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for a designer who is highly organized, client-focused, and passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces while collaborating closely with homeowners, builders, and trade partners. Responsibilities Lead interior design selections and overall design direction for semi-production and semi-custom residential projects Guide clients through the design and selections process with professionalism and confidence Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring clear, consistent communication at every stage Create cohesive material palettes and finish packages that align with PH Omni's brand aesthetic Coordinate with construction, purchasing, and project management teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately Stay current on design trends, materials, furnishings, and industry innovations Assist in refining and improving internal design systems and processes Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional interior design experience Residential design experience preferred Strong understanding of construction documents, finishes, and material applications Excellent communication and client relation skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in industry-standard design software preferred Position Details Full-time position Work-from-home flexibility available Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities A supportive and collaborative team environment If you are passionate about creating homes that feel both elevated and deeply personal, we would love to hear from you.
