We are open to fill a junior, mid or senior designer position based on experience level. This individual will collaborate with the principal designers and team to execute designs. They will be responsible for all project deliverables as well as maintaining the project schedule. The candidate must have knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp and be able to develop aesthetic design concepts, space plan, select finishes, specify products, maintain budgets, oversee design development, create construction documents and execute administrative tasks, procurement, and overall client management. Each project worked on is different from the last and thus requires someone who can adapt and thrive in an ever-evolving environment. You would be involved in every step of the design process. The ability to multitask for projects at varying stages of completion is key to success. Minimum 3-5 years of professional interior design experience required. Knowledge of Studio Designer or other procurement software required. Bachelor's degree or greater in interior design or architecture required. Salary commensurate with skills and experience applicable to the position. Great benefits package. This is a full-time, in person position. Remote workers need not apply.
Skills and Requirements:
  • Knowledge of interior design process
  • Experience in project management
  • Ability to place custom orders, fill out COM forms, and write work orders
  • High Proficiency in managing architectural plans, specifications, and project schedules
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in SketchUp
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks
  • Knowledge of high-end residential textiles and finishes
  • Knowledge of Photoshop preferred
Pay:
$55,000.00
