Job Description
Senior Interior Designer Forum Phi is seeking a highly experienced Interior Designer to join our team in the Aspen Office. This position is ideal for a design professional with exceptional taste, strong technical expertise, and a passion for creating thoughtful, high-end residential environments. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field 10+ years of professional interior design experience Experience in 3D modeling software, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace Strong knowledge of construction documentation, FF&E selection, and project coordination Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to mentor junior team members and manage multiple priorities Must be located in, or planning to relocate to, Aspen, Colorado Responsibilities Lead and contribute to all phases of interior design projects, from concept through construction Develop design presentations, material palettes, and FF&E, furniture, fabric & accessory selections Produce and oversee interior design documentation and detailing Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project teams Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Mentor junior designers and support a collaborative studio environment
