Job Description

Join a collaborative, design-driven studio where interiors play a central role in shaping meaningful, human-centered environments. As an Interior Designer, you'll lead the creative vision for interior spaces—translating concepts into immersive, functional, and visually compelling experiences. You'll work alongside architects, clients, and consultants to deliver cohesive designs from early ideation through installation, while mentoring emerging talent and influencing project outcomes. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your work, elevate design quality, and make a lasting impact across diverse projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of interior design concepts, including space planning, material palettes, and FF&E selections. Collaborate closely with architectural teams to ensure seamless integration between interior and building design. Manage client relationships, presentations, and design workshops to align vision, budget, and expectations. Oversee project delivery including documentation quality, specifications, procurement coordination, and installation. Provide leadership within project teams, mentoring junior designers and contributing to overall design excellence. Skills and Experience Strong design sensibility with expertise in spatial planning, materials, finishes, and furnishings. Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Deep understanding of construction documentation, building codes, and interior detailing. Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture with licensure and 6+ years of relevant experience. Benefits & Culture Design-forward culture that values creativity, innovation, and high-quality work. Leadership opportunities with a clear path for continued career advancement. Collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on mentorship and professional growth. Opportunity to work on impactful, community-focused projects. Supportive workplace that encourages learning, exploration, and industry engagement.
