Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a polished, highly motivated professional to join our luxury multi-line showroom representing premier European and Domestic furnishings, lighting, textiles, and interior architectural product lines within a prestigious design district environment. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for luxury interiors, exceptional client service skills, and experience working with interior designers, architects, developers, and discerning clientele. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador for multiple high-end European and domestic collections while cultivating strong relationships within the design community and driving showroom sales performance. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional showroom experiences for interior designers, architects, builders, developers, and luxury residential clients Present and sell premium artisanal product lines with expert knowledge of craftsmanship, customization, finishes, materials, and lead times Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade professionals and repeat clientele Prepare quotations, specifications, proposals, and sales orders with accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate directly with European manufacturers and vendors regarding orders, shipments, product updates, and client requests Manage multiple product lines while maintaining deep knowledge of each collection and brand identity Assist with showroom merchandising, visual presentation, and seasonal product updates Support and participate in industry events, client presentations, and design community programs Achieve individual and showroom sales goals through proactive business development and client engagement Qualifications Experience in luxury showroom sales, interior design, high-end furnishings, or trade sales preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Professional demeanor and refined aesthetic sensibility Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced luxury showroom environment Preferred Attributes Passion for luxury interiors, architecture, and international design Experience working with custom or made-to-order products Visual merchandising and showroom styling experience Established relationships within the design community are highly desirable Experience in luxury sales, interior design, high-end products, or trade sales preferred Understanding of luxury European furniture and interior design markets Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-driven bonus structure Comprehensive benefits package Paid vacation and holidays Annual travel opportunities to major European trade shows and industry events in Europe.
