Position Type:

Experience:

Generally, 7+ years of interior design experience, with a focus on hospitality, lifestyle, or upscale hotel projects.

Education:

Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

Leadership:

Strong project management skills, capable of leading teams and presenting to senior leadership

Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

Develop interior concepts, color schemes, and layouts for hospitality projects.

Brand Alignment:

Ensure all designs align with specific brand standards and elevate the owner's investment value.

Project & Technical Management:

Create and manage construction documents, detailed specifications (FF&E), and detailed 3D renderings.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Act as the liaison between contractors, architects, brand stakeholders, and purchasing teams to execute the vision.

Site Management:

Conduct site visits for installation, monitoring progress, and addressing on-site challenges Get in
