We are seeking a dynamic and creative Interior Designer / Remodeling Design Consultant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind transforming spaces into stunning, functional environments that reflect our clients' visions. Your expertise will guide clients through every step of the remodeling process, from initial concept to final installation, ensuring a seamless and inspiring experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend artistic talent with technical skill, making a tangible impact on residential and commercial spaces alike. Duties Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals, providing expert guidance on design concepts and remodeling solutions Develop detailed interior design plans using industry-standard software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual presentations Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints Conduct site visits for assessments, measurements, and inspections during various phases of renovation and construction projects Present design proposals confidently to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments to meet their expectations Assist in selecting finishes, lighting fixtures, and color schemes based on color theory principles, and lighting design best practices to enhance aesthetic appeal Requirements Proven experience in interior design or remodeling consultation with a strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting and visualization purposes Knowledge of project management principles to oversee timelines, budgets, contracts, and client communications effectively Familiarity with construction processes, including renovation techniques, lighting sales, flooring sales, budgeting strategies, and contract negotiations Strong understanding of interior design fundamentals such as color theory, lighting design, space planning, and drafting standards Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and building rapport with clients and team members Join us in creating inspiring spaces that elevate everyday living!
