Job Description

TruexCullins is seeking an Interior Designer to lead hospitality projects such as boutique hotels, restaurants, and destination resorts. Our current hospitality portfolio includes projects in design or under construction in multiple states, from the mountains of Wyoming to the coast of Maine. Qualified candidates should be familiar with the process for concepting and documenting guestrooms and model rooms, FF&E spec packages, and specialized interior design deliverables such as for custom carpets, casework and lighting. You will manage in-house teams of TruexCullins designers, coordinate our work with our consultants and vendors, and maintain positive client relations. We offer competitive compensation with full benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance; 401k retirement plans and profit-sharing. The annual salary for this position is expected to range from $70,000 - $85,000, plus benefits. Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the interior design process including: programming, interior space planning, schematics, research, selection and specifying materials and FF&E, detailing, construction documents, consultant coordination, and construction administration Experience with project management including estimating staffing requirements and working within client budgets. Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with your teams, clients and consultants Creative, critical, and innovative designer and thinker NCIDQ certified or on the path to NCIDQ certification
