Must deliver excellent customer service and develop positive relationships with clients, vendors & colleagues and maintain them. Qualifications Preferred minimum 2 years kitchen and bath experience. Knowledge of cabinet design engineering, construction drawings, project coordination and more. Detail oriented. Proficient in Chief Architect. QuickBooks proposals and purchase orders. excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well independently and as part of the team. Manage multiple complex projects at the same time and be able to prioritize and manage each. Strong organizational and time management skills. Take initiative, direction, and be resourceful. Responsibilities Helping and collaborating with sales designers as needed ex: pricing, installation plans, plan revisions, checking orders, checking in packages, helping with incoming truck deliveries, answering phones, setting up appointments in ACT, prepare and review proposals for accuracy and completeness, updating pricing catalogues. Position includes assisting in the areas of design and drafting, selections, research, field measures when necessary or delivering parts to jobsites. Purchase orders for all products. Documentation of each project progress and expenses. Scheduling countertop measures and cabinet deliveries with movers and coordinating with vendors, builders and clients to ensure timely preparation and delivery of materials and successful installation of fixtures and appliances. Maintain accurate detailed records. Manage multiple projects including timeline, budgets and ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget. Manage emails by job. Manage samples and keep up to date, coordinate with vendors as needed. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate photo shoots. Create social media posts/stories/reels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Houzz, ect). Update showroom slides with new projects Help designers put together completion packets
