Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Spanish interpreter to join our team and champion a culture of safety across our farm and manufacturing facilities. In this vital role, you will assist in interpreting safety compliance trainings for employees, alongside a certified safety trainer, 3 to 4 times per month or as needed. Duties Interprets safety compliance training in Spanish to farm and manufacturing workers. Requirements Fluency in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrated commitment to workers safety with a proactive attitude towards training development and delivery Able to work early morning shifts Flexible schedule Join us in creating safer workplaces where every team member feels empowered through knowledge!
