Job Category Professional Services Overview Description The interpreter will be providing in-person interpreting services for CDCR parole hearings job settings. Jobsite locations are in Corcoran, CA and close by cities. Number of assignments depends on the volume of the requests for specific languages and interpreters' qualifications for a particular assignment. This is an independent contract self-employment position with a flexible work schedule. Qualifications include fluency in target language(s), knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy is useful and understanding key aspects of Culture. We also ask for Court Certification. Have valid CA license, cell phone, and computer access or Smartphone. We are looking for all languages; however, now we are particularly in need of Spanish interpreters.
