Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) Minimum 4.0 EIPA score for interpreters Consideration given to ASL paraprofessionals actively pursuing their certification Previous experience supporting K-12 students in academic settings is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative work with educators and staff Ability to adapt to varying school environments and student needs Your responsibilities will include: Providing direct 1:1 interpretation services for students integrated into general education classrooms Supporting classroom participation and facilitating effective communication between students, teachers, and peers Floating to additional assignments across campus as needed to ensure seamless support Maintaining professionalism and adhering to ethical standards of interpretation in educational settings Collaborating with school staff to foster an inclusive, accessible atmosphere for every learner This role offers a chance to develop your professional skills within a supportive educational team.
