A full-time Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) position is available in the Santa Barbara, CA area, offering in-person work within a school setting. Key Responsibilities:

Provide clear and accurate sign language interpretation for classroom instruction and school activities. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and students to support inclusive learning environments. Assist with communication between students, educators, and families as needed. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid California Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) certification. Experience working as an interpreter in educational settings preferred. Strong understanding of Deaf culture and effective communication strategies. Ability to work full-time hours in person.
