Qualifications & Experience:

Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) with proven interpreting skills Experience working as a Sign Language Interpreter, preferably in an educational setting Knowledge of deaf culture and the unique needs of K-12 students Ability to provide clear, accurate interpretations between spoken English and ASL National or state interpreter certification (preferred) Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment
