The Advocates is a growing law firm with five offices across Idaho and expanding into the Colorado area. We are looking for someone to join our team who is hard working, motivated, and ready to grow with the company. The right candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
Job responsibilities:
Provide a warm, caring voice when answering incoming calls Route incoming calls to the correct person Take incoming new lead calls, route them to the attorney, and stay on the line to take notes Receive, sort, and scan incoming mail Create client files in our system Conduct initial client interviews over the phone, collecting relevant details about their accident or personal injury concerns, case-related data, and personal information Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates Conduct follow-up calls to clients to gather additional information or answer any questions Skills (Required): 2+ years of customer service experience This role requires frequent phone communication; candidates must be comfortable speaking on the phone. Fluent in
Spanish:
effective ability to communicate in both English and Spanish. Accurately translate communication between clients and attorneys. Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Pay:
$25 per hour Monthly and quarterly bonuses for hitting new client conversion rates and intake goals both as an individual and a team.
