RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Travel to local client sites, within the Dover, Delaware area + Provide Creole-English interpreting for school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, medical appointments, and more + Provide superior customer service + Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality + Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Full fluency in both English and Creole + Daytime availability (between the hours of 9AM•5PM) + Availability to support our interpreting clients 5-10 hours a week + Access to reliable transportation + 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred, but not required + Industry specific certifications/trainings preferred ( CMI , CCHI , etc.), but not required + Candidates must be willing to get a background check including Federal, State, and Child Abuse Registry + Must have reliable phone service for contact + Must be comfortable with using a computer or smart phone for job input By submitting my application, I certify that the information I have provided in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
