High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Post secondary training in a trade is desirable. Meets mandated state/federal criteria (i.e., approved degree, completion of requisite higher education credit hours/courses, or acceptable score on an authorized professional standards test). Meets all mandated health requirements. A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment. Complies with drug-free workplace rules and board policies. The Educational Interpreter should have specialized preparation for the primary role of interpreting in the educational setting as required by the Indiana Department of Education and be qualified to provide other educational services as required in the school setting. 7.5 hrs/day, M-F (full-time) for 26-27 school year. This position will be located at Noblesville East Middle School.
