Category Schools - Sign Language Interpreter Job Type Contract Make an impact by supporting students with unique communication needs as a contract Sign Language Interpreter in a dynamic school setting near Mountain Iron, MN. Your expertise will create an inclusive environment where every student's voice is heard and understood.
Key Qualifications:
Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and other relevant sign systems Experience interpreting in educational environments, preferably in K-12 schools Knowledge of Deaf culture and sensitivity to students' diverse backgrounds Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, students, and families Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (state and/or national credentials preferred)Essential Responsibilities:
