We help clients navigate complex disability systems, including Social Security, the Railroad Retirement Board, OPM, and ERISA-governed plans. Your Role As the very first point of contact, you will be the voice and heartbeat of our firm. You will spend your day in phone contact with individuals who are facing severe health hardships. Your primary responsibility is to conduct thorough phone interviews to evaluate whether their unique situations align with specific disability eligibility frameworks. What You Will Do Engage in
Heavy Phone Contact :
Spend the majority of your day conducting active, high-volume phone evaluations with potential clients. Listen Between the
Lines :
Create a safe, supportive space over the phone where vulnerable individuals feel truly heard, validated, and respected.
Deconstruct Complex Medical Stories :
Guide conversational interviews to gather medical diagnoses, work histories, and functional limitations.
Analyze Eligibility Criteria :
Cross-reference a caller's lived experience against the precise technical rules of Social Security, Railroad, OPM, and ERISA guidelines. Document with
Precision :
Capture exhaustive, error-free narrative notes and technical data during live conversations to ensure legal accuracy from day one.
