Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Sign Language Interpreter (willing to consider those with a provisional license if EIPA is below 4.0) Experience supporting elementary-age students preferred Strong command of American Sign Language Passion for fostering inclusive communication Flexibility to work full-time (7:45am-3:15pm) or afternoons only (11:00am-3:15pm) Commitment to onsite work
Responsibilities:
Facilitate clear, effective communication between students, staff, and families Provide direct interpretation services in classroom and school activities Collaborate with educators to support student success Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Accurately convey spoken and signed messages
