Qualifications/Desired Experience:
National Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter EIP score of 3.5 or higher Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings (preferred) Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing requirements (fingerprinting, drug screening) Willingness to work across multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
Provide sign language interpretation to facilitate communication between students and staff Adapt interpreting style to meet individual student needs Collaborate with teachers and support staff for seamless inclusion Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
