Job Description
Indian Interpreter in Akron We are seeking a skilled Indian Interpreter to join our team in Akron. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate interpretation services between English and Indian languages for various situations, including meetings, conferences, and appointments. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and at least one Indian language (Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, etc.)
- Proven experience as an interpreter or similar role
- Ability to accurately interpret complex information in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of cultural differences and customs between India and the
United States Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services between English and Indian languages in various settings
- Ensure accurate communication by actively listening, understanding cultural nuances, and asking clarifying questions when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times during interpretation sessions
- Research unfamiliar terms or concepts to ensure accurate interpretation
- Collaborate with other interpreters or team members to ensure consistent interpretation results
- Adhere to ethical standards and codes of conduct for interpreters
