Full Job Description Duties:
- Provide interpretation services in multiple settings, such as legal, medical, educational, and more.
- Ensure accurate and clear communication between individuals who speak different languages.
- Interpret spoken and written language, preserving the intended meaning and context.
- Uphold Professional standards, ethics, and confidentiality in all interpreting assignments.
- Adapt to various communication methods, including in-person, telephone, and live-camera settings.
Requirements:
Must be able to perform onsite assignment in the Columbus area and be trained.- Fluency in English and any other language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in interpretation is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong cultural sensitivity and awareness
