POSITION OVERVIEW

The Family Enrollment Guide provides guidance on how to navigate the One Camden application and getting to know our Participating Camden City Schools. Supporting and assisting families represents a key component in the goals of One Camden, and this position is pivotal in the achievement of those goals. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Major responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Answering calls made to the One Camden, which is a number for parents, students, and community members call for assistance on learning about and applying to public schools in Camden Submitting/Looking up applications on behalf of families who call Tracking calls with families, School Staff or General Callers in a centralized data system (Air Call) Managing difficult or disgruntled callers, and effectively providing solutions or technical support to alleviate their frustration Occasionally staffing One Camden and School/Community -based events Performing other related duties as assigned by One Camden management

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish 1-2 years demonstrated professional experience in a customer service role Demonstrated experience engaging parents and/or community members and connecting families to local resources in low-income, underserved communities Excellent customer service orientation Working knowledge of the Camden community Ability and willingness to work in all parts of the Camden City community Demonstrated record of punctuality and reliability Ability to work on projects/tasks independently Reliable internet and smartphone for use in remote work May be required to complete criminal history background check Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

HOURLY RATE & EMPLOYMENT PERIOD

Hourly rate of $16/hour This position is not eligible for health benefits Part-time (25 hours/week)

Weekly Schedule:

M-F 9am-3pm (Not including Holidays or Closure dates)
