Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Translator. This position is primarily responsible for translating, reviewing, and verifying legal, medical, and case-related documents between English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. This is a REMOTE opportunity. Candidates MUST reside in California.
Responsibilities:
  • Translate documents between English and Spanish Review and verify translated documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Assist with legal and case-related documentation
  • Maintain organized electronic files and case records
  • Communicate with clients and team members in both English and Spanish as needed
  • Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and case-related tasks
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Excellent grammar, proofreading, and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and computer-based systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior legal, paralegal, translation, or law firm experience
  • Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience
  • Translation certification is a plus but not required This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual professional who enjoys document review, translation, and supporting meaningful legal work in a fully remote setting.
