Office Clerk BCDC Services Downey, CA Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Career development plan Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation Spanish Customer communication Intake English Administrative experience Full Job Description Part-Time TSA Enrollment Agent / Intake Clerk (Bilingual) BCDC Anger Management Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time TSA Enrollment Agent / Intake Clerk to assist clients with TSA enrollment services and intake processing for our anger management and educational programs.

Language Requirement:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual Required)
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with TSA enrollment and fingerprinting procedures. Welcome clients and provide excellent customer service. Conduct client intake and registration for BCDC programs. Verify identification and maintain accurate records. Answer phones, schedule appointments, sign clients up for classes, and respond to inquiries. Process payments and maintain confidential client information. Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Customer service, administrative, or intake experience preferred. TSA enrollment experience is a plus but training may be provided. Leadership skills with minimum supervision
