Job Description

Position:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Support Staff - Part-Time. Abelia Inc. is seeking a reliable and compassionate bilingual (Spanish/English) staff member to support a Spanish-speaking client and assist with coordination of direct support staff.
Responsibilities:
Translate and communicate between client, family, and staff Assist with scheduling and coordination of staff Help ensure services are delivered according to the care plan Support documentation and communication with the agency
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Knowledge of COMAR regulations preferred Experience in DDA, caregiving, or human services preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work part-time and be flexible with scheduling
Schedule:
Part-time (hours based on client needs) Mostly remote and occasional onsite visit ( Quarterly ) If interested, please contact:
