On-site Portuguese Interpreter (Part-time / As needed) North Kingstown, RI Job Details Part-time $30 - $40 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Interpretation English Portuguese Construction Communication skills Entry level Interpersonal communication Full Job Description We are looking for a Portuguese-English interpreter to assist with safety training for welding and painting operations. This is a long-term, part-time opportunity with a consistent weekly schedule.
Typical schedule:
7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (morning). Max 4 hours in one week.
Job duties:
Assist with safety orientation and communication between staff and Portuguese-speaking workers Provide accurate and clear interpretation on-site
Requirements:
Fluent in Portuguese and English Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Experience in construction, industrial, or safety-related interpretation preferred This role requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate safety-critical information clearly.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
