What Is This Job All About? You will provide need-driven, individualized, patient-centered and culturally sensitive interpretation services for Spanish speaking patients. Interpreting for clinical visits such as provider office visits, nurse visits, counseling visits, psychiatric provider visits, calling patients, assisting with medical referrals, etc. What We Need from

You:

High School Diploma or GED required along with 2-3 years' translation experience in a medical facility in a healthcare business office. Medical Interpreter/Translation certification required or obtained within 90 days of employment. Must be fluent (oral and written) in both Spanish and English with a strong understanding of medical terminology. Ability to accurately collect patient information. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to use MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook. Excellent communication both on the phone and in person. Provide outstanding customer service to meet the needs of patients.
