Seeking Professional Interpreters who are bilingual candidates to service interpreting onsite assignments.

Additional Pay:
  • Mileage reimbursement.
  • Tolls, parking fees and other eligible expenses are paid at cost.

  • Any major metropolitan city and surrounding areas across the United States of America and its territories including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, American Samoa, and the U.
S. Virgin Islands.
Desired Qualifications:
Completed Certificate Program in any of the following:
  • 40-Hour Bridging the Gap BTG ® Training (Required) or
  • 40-Hour The Medical Interpreter TMI® (Required) or
  • 40-Hour The Community Interpreter International TCII® (Required)
  • Ability to answer professional interpreter protocols and standards of practices
  • Ability to cover assignments, per your availability, to the highest customer service
  • Adherence to
NCIHC, IMIA, CHIA
Code of Ethics
  • Ability to read English and write in English for assignment confirmations, invoicing, and submitting your verification of service tickets
  • Ability to remain calm in difficult situations included but not limited to: client illness, emergencies, urgent care, terminally-ill patients, mental health acute and non-acute cases, substance abuse and rehabilitation services, immigration proceedings, lawyer's depositions, refugee settlements, border patrol, police presence, etc.
  • Language Ability:
    Fully bilingual or English language speaking ability and
Language Ability:
Fully bilingual or native "Other languages"
Speakers Preferred Qualifications:
  • CHI (Certified Healthcare Interpreter) or CMI (Certified Medical Interpreter) or State Court Certified, or Federally Court Certified Interpreter (Preferred) for eligible languages
  • CoreCHI ™
  • (Written-Pass) Certified Healthcare Interpreter or Hub-CMI ™
  • (Written-Pass) Certified Medical Interpreter or State Court Certified, or Federally Court Certified Interpreter (Preferred) for eligible languages
  • ACTFL Language Proficiency Assessment (ACTFL OPI or OPIc
  • Required or equivalent proof)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) or Associate Degree (Preferred) or High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Relevant work experience in a medical, legal/court, business, or another technical field (1 year preferred)
