In this Telecommunications Representative role, you will meet with customers in person, provide information about wireless and internet solutions, answer service-related questions, and assist with new customer enrollments. This Telecommunications Representative position is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, strong communication, and building professional experience in customer service and sales. Telecommunications Representative Responsibilities Speak with customers in person regarding AT&T products, promotions, and service options Explain wireless, internet, and bundled service plans in a clear and professional manner Assist with new account activations, upgrades, and service enrollments Address basic customer questions and provide helpful solutions Maintain accurate customer information and completed application records Build positive relationships through professional service and follow-up Work with the Telecommunications Representative team leadership to achieve daily and weekly goals Represent the company and client brand with professionalism at all times Telecommunications Representative Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Comfortable working directly with customers in person Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and in a team setting High school diploma or equivalent preferred
