Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) to provide 1:1 support for an elementary student in Gig Harbor, WA. This role involves facilitating communication and ensuring full access to instruction throughout the school day. Travelers are welcome to apply. •

Requirements:

Minimum EIPA score of 4.0 or RID certification Ability to provide consistent, high-quality 1:1 interpreting services •

Key Responsibilities:

Provide real-time interpretation for classroom instruction and school activities Support communication between student, teachers, and staff Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in an educational setting Compensation for this position ranges from $35.38 to $55.38.
