Full Job Description Job Description:
The Fennec is seeking a skilled AVL Technician & Content Producer to support live event production and capture high-quality media content. This position involves hands-on work with professional audio, lighting, and video systems , as well as operating cameras to produce creative content that showcases the venue's live performances and atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and strike audio, lighting, and video equipment for concerts, weddings, and private events. Ensure all AVL systems perform reliably and meet event-specific needs. Collaborate with artists, DJs, and event staff to deliver high-quality technical results. Operate professional cameras to capture live performances, behind-the-scenes footage, and venue content. Shoot photo and video media for social media and marketing use. Assist with equipment maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting. Support production staff with technical setup, teardown, and media archiving.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in live sound, lighting, or multimedia production (venue experience preferred). Proficiency with digital mixing consoles, lighting controllers, and video systems . Skilled in camera operation (DSLR/mirrorless), framing, and lighting for video. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop , or similar software. Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly during live events. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Schedule:
Flexible hours based on event and production schedules; may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
