This position focuses on assembling and wiring high-end, custom LED lighting fixtures while providing opportunities for cross-training in other areas of manufacturing. Whether you have previous assembly experience or a strong mechanical aptitude and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Assemble custom LED lighting fixtures according to detailed specifications, drawings, and work orders. Perform basic wiring and electrical connections for lighting components. Use hand tools and power tools to accurately fit, fasten, and secure components. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions. Test and troubleshoot completed fixtures to ensure proper functionality and quality. Inspect finished products for accuracy, finish quality, and durability before packaging. Collaborate with fabrication, finishing, and crating teams to maintain an efficient production process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Cross-train in other production departments as needed to support manufacturing operations. Qualifications Previous experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing, assembly, construction, or related environment is preferred but not required. Basic electrical knowledge, including wiring, electrical connections, and safe work practices, is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and written work instructions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Schedule & Pay Pay:
$22.00-$23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Monday through
Friday Shift:
8-hour shifts with start times of 6:00 AM, 7:00
AM Overtime:
