Role:
Assist in providing technical support for shows, deck activities, talks, and other events. Assist in building scenery, operating follow spots, and setting up technical equipment as directed. Follow instructions and work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with current safety and company regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and equipment, adhering to the cleaning and maintenance schedule for the department. Support the regular loading and off-loading of entertainment items to and from the ship. Undertake any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Assistant Manager Production and the Production Manager. Working with the Assistant Manager Productions (AMPs) to develop specialist skills in sound, lighting, or stage management, you will collaborate as part of a production sub-department to ensure ship-wide coverage of your specialist area while maintaining an overview of all entertainment elements. Support AMPs in conducting their duties and assist other team members as required.

Experience/Qualifications:
Relevant industry qualification in sound, lighting, or stage management or equivalent work experience. Proven experience working within a live theatre environment, preferably on a variety of shows. Experience working in large venues on various entertainment programs (e.g., concerts, theatre, individual acts) is desirable. Basic operational and set-up knowledge of Audio Visual equipment. Good knowledge of Health & Safety within Production. Proficient command of written and verbal English.
