If you want to join our team of all-stars, keep reading. Position Basics This is a full-time hourly position with excellent benefits. How You'll Contribute to the Team The Installation Technician is a front line team member who provides an exceptional customer experience and completes product installations. This role is responsible for installing and repairing outdoor light systems, and providing customer service that maintains lifelong customers. This position reports directly to the Installation Manager and works closely with all other Installation Technicians. Primary Responsibilities Installing new low-voltage lighting systemsTroubleshooting existing low voltage lighting systemsUsing power tools such as impact drills and grindersCommunicating effectively with our team and clientsMaintaining a safe and clean work environment This is not an exhaustive list of tasks, and tasks and responsibilities will be added/changed/removed as needed. No low-voltage lighting experience is required; we will train you from the ground up!
