Job description: What you will be doing: This position, based in our Orlando warehouse facility, will provide an advanced level inhouse resource to manage our Production Audio Equipment. Your primary focus will be to organize and manage activities required to QC, prep and stage the Audio equipment for Corporate Production Events and Touring. You'll work closely with the other Dept Heads and other cross-functional team members to ensure orders are pulled and configured to the events requirements. In addition, you'll work with the FL Operations Manager to establish SOP's and ensure the inventory is accurate, functional and complete.

Responsibilities:

QC, Kitting and preparation for all Audio product technology for events. Work with Show Leads and Production Assistants on proper configuration and show requirements. Quality Control of inbound Audio equipment checking for damages, test, clean and return to stock inventory in a 'show ready' state Accurately inventory recording in Flex and assist with developing quality control standards.

Corporate and live event production, tailoring our services to production companies and independent producers. Our primary focus is on corporate meeting production services and live events, such as: General Sessions that are production intensive and high-profile

Minimum 3 years of direct, hands-on video equipment experience Experience building, modifying and updating audio racks for custom use A desire for continuous improvement and taking the Dept to the next level Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
