We specialize in accent, security, and festive lighting, combining cutting-edge technology with stunning aesthetics. We're looking for skilled and dedicated Installation Technicians to bring our innovative lighting systems to life in customers' homes and businesses.
What You'll Do:
Install with
Precision:
Set up Luma Smart Lighting systems in residential and commercial applications, following detailed specifications in our software.
Ensure Quality:
Deliver flawless installations with exceptional attention to detail.
Communicate Effectively:
Work closely with customers to explain installation plans and provide outstanding service.
Solve Problems:
Address challenges creatively to complete installations efficiently and safely.
Work Safely:
Comfortably handle heights of up to 40 feet (and occasionally up to 50 feet) and operate in various weather conditions.
Maintain Records:
Use our proprietary software to update job details and ensure accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
A strong background in contracting, construction, or a related field is appreciated but not required.
Tech-Savvy Skills:
Familiarity with lighting, data wiring, and electrical systems (especially LED controllers or WLED) is a plus.
Self-Starter:
You're motivated, organized, and able to work independently after training.
Team Player:
Respectful communication with management, coworkers, and customers is essential. Attention to
Detail:
High standards for quality and safety in every installation.
Physically Capable:
Comfortable working at heights and handling equipment in various conditions.
Required Tools & Equipment:
Construction attire and tools required (see below).
Vehicle:
Truck or vehicle equipped to transport ladders and materials.
Ladders:
18 ft little giant ladder, 32 ft extension ladder, 40 ft ladder (available at warehouse if needed).
Tools:

Job Type:
Full-time/Part-Time Qualifications:
Vehicle capable of hauling materials and ladders, with valid driver's license, registration, and insurance. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and ladders. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
