Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lighting Quotations Specialist, where your expertise will drive the success of our lighting projects by delivering precise, competitive, and comprehensive quotations. In this energetic role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and cost control for lighting solutions across various construction projects. Your keen eye for detail and strong negotiation skills will help us maintain excellence in project delivery while fostering lasting relationships with stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of lighting solutions within the construction industry, making a tangible impact on project outcomes. Responsibilities Prepare detailed lighting quotations by analyzing project specifications & drawings. Collaborate with sales team, project managers, and factories to gather accurate pricing data and ensure competitive proposals. Negotiate pricing with factories to optimize cost efficiency . Review technical specifications. Support contract negotiations and amendments to align with project goals while maintaining profitability and adherence to construction estimating best practices. Requirements Preferred experience in construction estimating, particularly within electrical or lighting projects; familiarity with construction management processes is highly desirable. This is not a requirement and will training the right individual. Excellent negotiation skills paired with a proactive approach to pricing strategies and vendor relations. Hands-on electrical experience or construction site exposure that enhances your ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks efficiently, and communicate clearly across teams.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
