Nice and Bright Outdoor Lighting Twin Cities, MN $20-$30/hour | Full-Time | Part-time | Overtime Available Hiring Immediately! Do you enjoy working outdoors, building things with your hands, and taking pride in creating something beautiful? Nice and Bright Outdoor Lighting is one of the Twin Cities' fastest-growing outdoor lighting companies, specializing in premium landscape lighting, permanent roofline lighting, architectural lighting, patio lighting, audio systems, and holiday lighting installations. We're looking for dependable, hardworking installers who want more than just another construction job. If you enjoy physical work, solving problems, and making customers say "wow," we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Install low-voltage landscape lighting systems Install permanent LED roofline lighting on residential and commercial properties Install seasonal holiday lighting, wreaths, and décor Run low-voltage wire and mount lighting fixtures Use ladders safely while working on homes and buildings Troubleshoot, repair, and service existing lighting systems Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and trailer Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates Deliver exceptional workmanship on every project What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Experience in any of the following is a plus: Landscape lighting Low-voltage electrical Holiday lighting Construction Roofing Siding Gutters Electrical General labor Ability to use power tools and hand tools Willingness to learn—we're happy to train motivated people.
